Baileys of Glenrowan 2008 Shiraz

There’s a lot of everything here. Chocolatey American oak, thick blackberried fruit flavour, iodine and violets. It has perfume and weight, feels great - in a plush way - in the mouth and has enough grunt to its tannins to ensure that it’ll keep well in the cellar. It needs a few more months (at least) for the finish to resolve itself properly, but I have little doubt that it will. A very nice release from Baileys.
