The Baileys Founder Series Liqueur Tokay is blended from specially selected parcels of Glenrowan stock. The Founder Series Liqueur Tokay is golden brown with typical varietal aromas and flavours of intense toffee, butterscotch and malt extract. This Tokay is rich with decadent sweetness and has balanced oak and alcohol on the palate. A warming, soothing indulgence.

Baileys of Glenrowan has some of Victoria’s oldest plantings of vines. After the devastation of phylloxera at the turn of the last century, the vines were replanted in the rich granite soil below the Warby Ranges. The Glenrowan region has long warm summers with very little rainfall, allowing fruit to develop intense flavours and high natural sugar levels. This wine was made from Muscadelle sourced from the Baileys of Glenrowan vineyard.

Caramel chocolate pudding, zuccotto, panforte or chocolate tart.

This wine has been aged under perfect conditions to ensure that it is a memorable experience now.

After crushing and fermentation, individual parcels of Muscadelle were aged in various sized old oak. Our winemaker blended this wine from a selection of newer and aged stock to produce this fine fortified wine.
